Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures T0 g" N1 o( p$ M) ~4 f
Maintain CRM (Copper)
' ^4 G# Q) H# r% M1 j8 D Z2 D Submit and reconcile expense reports0 f7 s3 T; z! W2 T8 _3 B' v4 ^
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients* z( n- C+ m v' V$ ^: A" x h
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers& R% d1 ~/ m" B/ z- g

- v' m2 ]& Z2 m' F8 _: J Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail8 O" N9 K* _% {
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus/ z' e& w9 N' ^) Z# q6 ?) A% {
