Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports+ U9 L' C1 U: y$ p
Develop and maintain a filing system& C6 P T% _$ ^8 [& X
Update and maintain office policies and procedures9 v8 f- E8 r. R9 A2 z
Maintain CRM (Copper)( j, j+ n6 S5 J4 s9 u
Submit and reconcile expense reports+ r$ ^! B* U$ f3 Z- @- X
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients, I" x4 K* H" N7 C/ i8 |
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers0 n7 G" o' A% L: R' i7 a, b* m

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
