Answer and direct phone calls

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Submit and reconcile expense reports
w- w- p$ Y3 i5 p' L0 g0 { Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
& V$ X$ O) k( `7 Q Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
