Create email templates for operations department

Update and maintain office policies and procedures8 O" y# }/ c( k: r
Maintain CRM (Copper)

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients0 A9 M2 a# {; ~# W& ~+ P$ `
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
