Plan meetings and take detailed minutes1 t! l4 f- A' ]# J) b8 K/ x' M
Create email templates for operations department+ T) ^( ^8 Q' h/ t
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

# a; F% i! V/ r. J( z: u2 ` Update and maintain office policies and procedures" J- w! a* @. T! g9 H9 P+ K0 n
Maintain CRM (Copper)
) l7 e! w0 I5 G3 C5 s) } Submit and reconcile expense reports
% q) L' O: o- Y3 w& S Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients) O. x! L( z# p0 @
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Ability to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient
& u' `# v1 _7 S7 O- ~ Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail' {1 y% y# X; r$ ?) w
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
