Create email templates for operations department

Develop and maintain a filing system
+ N% f* y% F, m& b+ y Update and maintain office policies and procedures* G6 F( m$ Z+ O B
Maintain CRM (Copper)7 E! K# _0 e! ^
Submit and reconcile expense reports
- \# g6 T S+ E' ~) m Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
0 l- c6 z: N* C; d Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers; A. L( ~; A* p+ q8 q) C! ?

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus# x2 F; c2 S3 c, z. x0 K3 L* \
