Answer and direct phone calls

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures
6 P8 `0 h: m* t- n% y Maintain CRM (Copper)# o( }$ n+ `/ C% }1 X+ ~& s
Submit and reconcile expense reports
w- w- p$ Y3 i5 p' L0 g0 { Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
& V$ X$ O) k( `7 Q Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy. e1 G% \7 j( N3 A
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs) g: p. r7 x6 Y" a: F! K
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
