Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.( u" l) }: P$ h5 Y
Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
- ~" M$ K+ S! m$ `3 v4 A( p Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.7 L1 |9 B+ t! z; B+ s2 q

. X, l* x" C& C$ `2 D* d Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.. F1 A/ X' V: K! ?. Z
Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
1 ~0 H0 r7 _" h8 Y- c Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
; s% @- z$ t: A9 _1 W6 D* C! g* \ Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
! m7 d' A' n. h3 `; J8 O% g Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects., ?. @4 \# g! J9 t$ p+ L% j
Ability to interpret construction drawings.
2 ?7 p6 w& _' B* K: V Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
# u! d' e- i# O Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.) [+ r4 n) T& m; _
Excellent communication skills
6 p& ?2 M! g' ~# y Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
, D4 O0 S1 }8 F, t! @& t8 z! C# L: u( B WHMIS 5 B% d8 `7 R' M, y. Q# C
Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.# ]% r& ?4 X4 Y
Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
. A0 g; z6 ~. \ Valid driver’s license. G. e0 m# |" p' c
Steel toed boots and own hand tools.( |7 G+ P$ @/ V% h5 g
Computer experience required.
' l9 d8 ?- B# u$ P9 n+ |Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.& u3 ?. A% A, k# [- W. X/ ~
