  F# @; N, _3 M2 d6 RŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
1 u$ ]% y) t& H' XŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
1 r, O+ @5 ?) F9 S& fŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
/ S/ w7 E8 i$ p; B6 }& `" S- vŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
: [2 A: `$ R! v! R, Q7 W% V0 xŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
# D0 r- P. K; PŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
1 M) K) Y9 L, ]) `& |! tŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license

% ~, v2 N9 E# C$ B3 l  I; L& i" `; bŸ   Computer experience required.
