9 f* a4 t/ G4 O4 ~0 A8 _Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
% S1 I: W# Q* m- M7 V! u( HŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

/ h3 [/ C! A6 R( C1 Z. rŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
' i* J  Z& o( YŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
5 F* s+ t+ z, ]# v! y% M. zŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
) b* c' s! P) T* _Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
6 a3 E3 y& y) H' E4 Y5 }! _/ zŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
& h5 K) X+ ~8 T! L* s! GŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
+ e" x+ H, u2 R. \! p% [/ w, LŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- S4 L+ N1 x/ @% a( r" z, _: [  VŸ   WHMIS
( r! @& N; y: Y1 Z3 P: lŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
2 c4 f' m- t% L  `+ r4 h. ?; q& Z5 QŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
4 U+ C1 W4 H$ f$ K. QŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
