Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
" c/ P4 W3 i1 u& G+ l6 z+ W; v$ p1 bŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
' a" N# d! X- J1 C7 aŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

3 p/ X* `; ~" u6 BŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
, w1 x( H) t- _" u' L3 v5 y( yŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
/ \9 H% r- z2 w9 B" F& L4 C, tŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

5 `) T" C. `- LŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
5 w, [7 c+ S% t" @" PŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
7 b7 R2 f" K& v+ p" ?' P+ u: }Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
