Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
' d: B, M) U# z0 y" GŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

$ ?  ^9 B  N/ f4 c  y  ^9 ^  ^Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
- W* s8 P- |3 N5 S9 tŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
3 l6 c' ^. }1 H. N5 c/ b  ?3 |' AŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
/ T- N4 V* P  X8 P8 }' g  \Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
' G* F3 i3 W7 a0 C" ]Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
1 z; S" Q# p$ @" `Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
; y! T, Z+ |" l2 f4 _Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
% ~& d# p* G7 e3 U7 \Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.

8 o5 x5 r+ V7 I: C( lŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
