工作职责
' i( U+ \$ ]( U Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.) N0 D5 y% X7 I1 t
Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
! |& |; S+ w8 z Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times./ |" N l, a# j8 i8 \% a

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade./ |& H: r& I: R1 h) I3 S( S. \
Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
1 @$ f* x& |3 }; M. w# o Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.) s" h7 l) d, r) D1 S7 @" v) z
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.4 J @* O" S0 |: j- u5 J2 [2 U1 s4 y
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
8 U5 _1 Y: v2 p( o x2 z2 q$ U Ability to interpret construction drawings.- h8 e$ p2 }+ U8 P
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
: v& F4 w, g) Z Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
, ^1 \1 J5 U6 f! Z. d; \5 N+ o Excellent communication skills
g$ C8 x& @5 t9 w1 G Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.- j5 O, L1 h# z' i$ C3 K: J

Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.

Valid driver’s license
+ C' B- O6 V/ D5 }& f" U/ s2 b/ R& ] Steel toed boots and own hand tools.) Q0 q# Q. _0 D. g' f* `: v# R
Computer experience required.
" G O8 V4 V$ o( @Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.( d$ p4 P2 a" x# J' S9 s s: q. \
