工作职责
2 |! N! I& v% w& i$ B! cŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
9 r& }$ z* G6 C. b# J+ {* aŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
$ Y  p6 ?, g' fŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
% |/ x9 F- s8 {) XŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
7 N& W* Z6 ^1 [7 q' \Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
6 q. s$ q7 b# H% E; x; _  BŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
9 A0 B: |$ r' bŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
2 O4 P: U6 m3 [: @1 W0 GŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

1 r( q/ f7 N+ p; n7 Z8 q4 NŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
% w( N6 L$ E" i  E4 u5 g7 ]2 fŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
( k$ F2 {* t4 r6 mŸ   Valid driver’s license
& B" N6 d* ?+ C9 QŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
/ n- e' `; d( Q" \7 BŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.

$130, 000-$150,000 per year
