工作职责
6 v  A: m  q* L/ KŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
! y: y2 n5 k4 {* h+ ]$ _% FŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
9 \/ ]' {& U- w- V! n! F" RŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
* b: j) m+ A- tŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
8 v1 e8 [) ~1 I3 C' e. nŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
( O- L8 `1 g' [) B5 UŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
: w- m( ^$ T+ n( XŸ   Excellent communication skills
- z) Q; Q( G% Q/ ?/ L0 P% WŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
$ E% o+ Q, `* }9 FŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
) l( L2 h0 o/ B. W# R% X# @Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
1 v5 p( i, c( k- x: O* _+ KŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
& a2 y+ z6 I+ _' MŸ   Computer experience required.
  H+ p* f3 J3 _Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.

$130, 000-$150,000 per year
