" F0 f7 }/ a/ }4 P Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.& n) H1 K# j7 q) D+ S A
Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.# G) `2 B5 ^( I0 Y! k2 }% b
Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
# |# o( f5 g5 b Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.( y, e7 X; W8 z* b d
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
/ F& r+ u: s) K8 f' C* O Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
, X$ i7 `; L g6 X( U Ability to interpret construction drawings., [* P7 n* R- h1 O6 d
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.# E+ t, t [8 ]
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.' d% g! ^! w7 s. `. ~* r4 }
Excellent communication skills7 s1 b& w$ a$ O& p, |1 j- j5 J
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.& S# ]! _: p8 E3 Q; Q
Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.$ j6 N7 Y; k9 }
Valid driver’s license6 Y& J! a) f) S+ n# u) ~
Steel toed boots and own hand tools.% J1 \/ E. \! H' ^- V% k8 }
Computer experience required. : d/ g! a# k* [( ^: x: |
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
