Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.5 i; H) b5 O) e
Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.2 g- l" _+ V1 @
Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times./ t4 W2 A$ |: p( W

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
# ^( {, g8 f5 f Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
% m9 |" U/ _6 E' Q; C) y3 t Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.- T9 S0 J$ s' {" u& Q
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.+ l. F2 U! L8 p I0 ~7 T! Q
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects./ p( z& H3 Q4 y7 _7 r7 F2 V' j0 X1 ~" [
Ability to interpret construction drawings.
: s$ Q$ Z. d! ^0 @/ H Structural wood framing experience is an asset.0 i1 i0 o8 J+ k: d5 x
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

WHMIS

Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane., c6 R( D/ E8 A) z
Valid driver’s license, F4 I5 O6 T5 T
Steel toed boots and own hand tools.8 I2 ~& @7 X0 t+ r% K
Computer experience required. / {6 L/ c& ]$ B" v
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.3 f9 D1 h3 X! @) ^4 U" Q
