工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
& P3 ~$ s0 ^/ v  y" H$ B- W, CŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
) }, s2 b: h) }1 X9 w1 r- _. LŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
! M. o3 H/ P! c* d% IŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
7 ]$ t2 ]! a9 f7 o8 v* RŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
( n( J$ ^' s/ d5 x# z7 DŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
* F% O8 q3 z. L# o( d0 b. @Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
