, e: e7 L5 ^" ~1 h' F Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.) s6 i$ w7 l8 \/ ~
Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
3 o% B1 Y! L) }' a Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.% Z. m; W5 g& v( |; U- b* P
Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.* A, C$ R$ ?' O, W9 w+ J
Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
. y( X/ b, e' H4 } Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.) v# J- Q* P! ]5 j. z; L& \
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.) f) f0 p5 o" J- w) P0 ]* \ H4 `5 O d
Ability to interpret construction drawings.
+ L$ `$ g( `( r7 ^6 I Structural wood framing experience is an asset.- Y& y' c8 _0 T. Q/ C% q
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.: J6 r% K- \; G% T. G) g9 M4 c
Excellent communication skills, T1 t% _- Y6 e9 H* H: n
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment., U! `$ o2 j3 J/ c- K" Q2 y
WHMIS
7 E* e. N$ U) V Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
" H% _/ ]% `8 N5 Q: X Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.* Y. h4 P! K' ?8 O
Valid driver’s license1 U: j0 Y' T! ~4 G
Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
! S/ F8 \9 I' r# }, i' F4 B Computer experience required.
6 ^0 b! n$ Y! iExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
