Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.! g& l3 J2 z9 f
Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
% f8 g' y3 r. c Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

3 G$ n) {- J$ l+ V/ i2 l Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
: U+ e6 h! I( ~ Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
- ?- J* y0 \2 k! |+ N" l" E# } S& b Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects./ K2 X* _$ s- C2 N" C4 h2 {7 p7 d
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
( g6 z/ k: r2 Z4 n# t3 W0 y Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.+ ~: Q0 L: l4 H2 t S* X
Ability to interpret construction drawings.& G5 K p2 H. `2 F+ M& V4 W1 D
Structural wood framing experience is an asset. V$ }+ Y- Z' Z; f# N* c( e5 v. E
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.% b( u/ L/ o7 e% R t
Excellent communication skills# r5 d# s) o# |3 u. P) j. L
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Computer experience required.
