Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.7 U) O" R/ i; V7 O# l$ B: t2 u2 j
Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
; |3 j: m& X( y8 J Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

9 a' _& p. E+ Z Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
8 H1 k; v: X, l( W# N Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
3 E7 ^& Q' H+ v1 z! p Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers." P" X3 L& ?2 q' h* J# W& R
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
# {" _4 q) \; a/ ~( Q: L; _ Ability to interpret construction drawings.
( v9 ]2 p5 ?; d& h4 s Structural wood framing experience is an asset.$ | Y- {/ r- A' w4 }
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

WHMIS

Valid driver’s license8 g- Q! A, f* @; e% ^7 Z' D
Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
5 \* U1 v$ I) c% y: n0 [. F Computer experience required.
