Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
! L3 C, r! J4 f4 G" S8 YŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
- [! y: j# t% V' b0 `) N# j$ X& P: \! aŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

6 T9 P! G* y2 T4 j8 s9 ~Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
% _. o5 f! \! }+ ?( `Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
3 r) i. Y( F* `6 L2 J- u: x5 s( z8 mŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
$ D, Q7 |# d, ^: @( b# ?Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
- i5 k  T6 ]8 K3 p$ AŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
) U" s5 q6 V! Z4 v" z( g! R2 h! WŸ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
! I6 u4 d( S4 P' V8 e. v' SŸ   Valid driver’s license
: C/ S; _) p" ^4 O* FŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
