Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.8 p ~8 R# t4 l* Y
Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.% n+ G7 U; S. \( d

Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
7 [3 y8 v4 e. R' \ Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.! g0 _+ r1 V2 |% a
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.- ^/ ^% x! H3 A* l2 L5 O
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.; R, b8 g% f! g, b
Ability to interpret construction drawings.& h) P- R4 e: d9 a- R6 \
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.) H; S) _. W4 J! h) ?, F+ g
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
. h9 M' V! M0 y! G Excellent communication skills
" u1 O7 t, Z) C Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.) r3 W9 i7 L' W1 J3 S0 C
Valid driver’s license
8 q* p- i7 N: z0 z8 y% _3 [. U0 G Steel toed boots and own hand tools.; ]9 y; l- h) q r
Computer experience required.
