Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
: E. E% D; N7 T6 | Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
& Q! r+ m4 J! U8 K+ R+ o Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.# G! M, u+ }$ W2 L- v
Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
7 l9 i5 Z$ L+ T6 p3 d8 F- r6 U Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
! Q9 M( ?9 ?9 W% r Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
, x/ S% j, P B; q6 v6 d Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.: m: a0 ~& G: d; w( a: U5 c
Ability to interpret construction drawings." x4 c# Y5 U% @ M& O0 V, z0 p
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
) P& r5 r; {" N5 b1 u1 o3 g6 B Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.3 ?# u# e h1 \2 J+ X% B
Excellent communication skills' v5 l5 B( @' t: D( ^
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
; I7 g& m, ~; U8 S q WHMIS 8 ?% b3 S" l5 ]( B; b: t* J
Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
! ?$ N% @8 h9 q Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
0 u! Q0 a9 w' S& j Valid driver’s license
+ d, t+ O2 | i5 Y3 _$ y Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
: E( W& W+ s! v$ Z; h Computer experience required.
$ ^* I0 V: r% H* ?6 pExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.' A% R$ f) t+ q1 g2 b. g
