工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
0 j) Z. ~* m! h" F. jŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
6 V- c1 }* W6 T9 CŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
6 e2 Q6 b6 B! L& m! p7 L2 kŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
# I' \' J7 f+ Y% N% z# d2 eŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

1 P% c1 ^" M, MŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

+ h; w) v( H% yŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
" S( A; J$ f  k' }+ n' M, mŸ   Valid driver’s license
# C/ M3 g7 [' Q. U4 ]) o5 FŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
) N$ ]& v8 D2 U! d0 Q! y- AŸ   Computer experience required.
+ K2 |2 }4 L0 C# z5 V1 i" UExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
