Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

5 i& U$ G* s% R% @2 ?7 VŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
2 M- g; d6 y: kŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
  Q$ p0 R& \7 q( HŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
, q7 h9 P% z7 r$ K; v) ?. g8 YŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
% ~% `6 N" m0 B. P; {: U0 j8 hŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
8 D! u) o3 _( Z" M1 BŸ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
) Q3 Y) c, y, t9 f5 M! V( a1 UŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
% f8 U. L3 w% b( j# ]7 HŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
