5 F3 r" D1 p; B' b" a6 f1 c, qŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
# ~- c: x3 q; k+ P! y3 I' pŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
) N' ]/ S6 v" J4 ]/ f" HŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
3 x2 T/ N# T- ^3 b2 {" q1 d; BŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
' @8 e9 j2 Z, HŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
5 ^( A5 m* Q4 f& y+ @Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

3 a) X2 |) p" VŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
+ ?7 H& K; E) U+ W' `7 GŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
: {7 l- M( P% M) c- b8 RŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
% B( S4 B: e8 M' s) Q) NŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
