0 w/ Z! b! ]9 w5 JŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

# Y7 x1 s  H+ f5 j2 T8 ]Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
5 z, e  `8 o* ]0 ~1 N9 E" d2 x2 gŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
: l9 F; [/ R8 _Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
# f6 ]: M) m; n) y0 v1 PŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
# F" m  `* k# j/ |5 }" p/ aŸ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
  M) P( d9 Y; S% G1 TŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
- v# ?; O* |- u# \- uŸ   Valid driver’s license
( v& |( F6 |0 u& rŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
