工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
3 I" h9 I- r2 YŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
  U; B0 g, r) O; C9 dŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
7 x7 A9 X' |8 G- u6 zŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
! L: l& W1 D; x# _Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
5 i3 L* b- z5 \/ Y+ a6 d( G1 ZŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
6 Z/ s! f( B' \0 H0 k0 _+ sŸ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

6 p; a5 h; c' B/ H! w6 lŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
* P9 {: A6 ^% g" D- |( X+ eŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
8 s4 \1 z5 r& ]  ?) x' aŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
