4 Y' s1 x4 n$ f; Y9 F$ r, Q. q* y Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
/ m$ o5 B9 l W/ ~/ {! K# { Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
" G8 D( i4 p4 o6 _* g Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.. q8 g. q0 J0 }3 \$ b+ M" h

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade., r$ Q1 d) [: r- z* K
Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
7 _) [9 `0 ` X# C+ R Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.+ G! W( V% [; L
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.: M" F; |/ R0 |1 M8 _' f+ j' A+ Q6 u
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.& N% ^ _# r: _' `' q
Ability to interpret construction drawings.
& ^& `3 s9 T3 y2 u Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
7 B- @3 j# q/ [1 q9 G Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.3 J1 E+ g* P* f
Excellent communication skills2 x' k: O5 m5 D* d
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.# U. Z* ]' ?: L" f7 }) [
Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
5 a( a# `: \3 S, j! G Valid driver’s license; z! |# _8 D: y* Z
Steel toed boots and own hand tools." b: a) w; e& ^6 h% V* {1 n7 k: w
Computer experience required.
% b. D2 b& i' W; H/ S m. L) MExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.

$130, 000-$150,000 per year
