Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
5 ~; N- O+ J, x+ a6 G$ C# s" ^ Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.+ @5 Y: T# M5 V! [9 S" G1 @/ n
Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.: C; p+ e( B2 y: y

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.- {$ P+ T" H+ i; X; {% {+ ]
Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
) T8 [' R3 T) O) L4 ?* @" P; | Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.5 v+ Z; C* H( B, k) P. N
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.! X3 F8 G6 ^1 b% Z8 g! a
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.2 P# m( F: j: }2 Y! `# N
Ability to interpret construction drawings.
9 y6 c; S- G4 v/ R, N Structural wood framing experience is an asset.8 m, M0 |. N6 W/ w8 l
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.' \3 d x1 W3 q1 g, p# w, H
WHMIS . j0 X8 K$ z1 G5 r7 P8 w3 `' r
Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.6 W& M# {& V3 l' D: P5 m$ E! D
Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.- F q9 U0 U" E ]! A/ Z
Valid driver’s license6 d- ^, O* a- S' D, M* T' c' @1 C }
Steel toed boots and own hand tools.7 `! j) v9 x: `
Computer experience required.
6 \: m) s& C% Q# @5 B- cExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.+ D" B3 Y5 e) f% m$ ~
