Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Maintain CRM (Copper)* B/ H! c3 Q! y4 ~$ o
Submit and reconcile expense reports9 i1 n+ A) H/ _4 V% y; i
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
9 z) X, V& s% f7 J+ \2 Y Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers3 U( ?3 M4 B. H8 s% s

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
