Answer and direct phone calls

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures
% u$ ]4 u6 L4 T: F Maintain CRM (Copper)$ [# {7 Z$ P% j% I
Submit and reconcile expense reports
2 F+ @& ]3 ~$ V1 l( G5 `0 J% e' \ Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients' d+ z; H9 @1 x; y, n
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
5 W: \7 _7 T; ?" r Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
( j% k+ W# B9 z% y+ V, A Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail% X+ D' M" w$ `3 p6 w" f
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
