Answer and direct phone calls

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports8 {5 N' t# R& P+ k% K
Develop and maintain a filing system1 M) v6 Z3 }. k" U9 o5 J9 K
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
9 H. |( y8 z# \! u) J Maintain CRM (Copper)
- v) B2 K! m. X1 B Submit and reconcile expense reports/ c% w, B1 t. u$ d1 R3 r0 I' u
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
" @& y5 Z# H5 ^6 t. k Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
) y5 \2 B8 k& { Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
% r: A) _1 W% d* P5 Y$ n9 _$ X Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail/ u# C3 {/ O2 [ O W8 g$ D
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus/ E; c# Q; a0 \3 Z0 S; k
