Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Develop and maintain a filing system

Maintain CRM (Copper)3 M3 v- j, {0 t! p8 n8 P
Submit and reconcile expense reports W2 t2 w |( Q. Z- H% ^4 w7 Z" M
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- C# l- @; n% |; j6 T$ E; e Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers- y. Z4 Y J" i( u, q) K( z

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

5 w& ~' N0 j) G# a+ E$ V Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy# K* `- q1 I- v( D" d) y( f q2 C2 L
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs" S/ \: O6 u! |+ F4 V: x- ^% Y
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
