Answer and direct phone calls

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports5 b; O: x- G0 K& y! p
Develop and maintain a filing system: B; S$ S- O& ]
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
+ U# i, C& i4 s Maintain CRM (Copper)" B8 _0 n5 [' V, C' y
Submit and reconcile expense reports$ ~7 I/ f7 ~( s( @0 J: p0 g1 D
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
# j: K- ~" D! j Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

$ a, {1 Y% T2 V B8 X, M Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
% \& o; c; M0 O( A9 a# Q Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
3 D% |* J3 a( L# u( p ] Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail, S$ b( b0 o; U7 B) w0 s* y8 v
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
