Answer and direct phone calls

Update and maintain office policies and procedures
. d6 H0 W- t* d1 p( Q( m$ c$ c Maintain CRM (Copper)
* h" X/ x6 Z& @& M8 m. {6 m Submit and reconcile expense reports
6 i' E! i) X# C$ G Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
5 D( w6 y; ?7 K Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers% Y, N s! ^$ o) N3 e+ n" c2 n

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail1 H8 w, z4 t( @8 U$ Q; D, [, p! l
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
