Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports9 h. ?+ a# W8 [4 P. i! P
Develop and maintain a filing system
( v3 E$ @4 H) i& |5 G J& D q( w Update and maintain office policies and procedures0 D; V& a, @3 g3 s% s
Maintain CRM (Copper)" |, h, @4 z% U3 r" S# z
Submit and reconcile expense reports2 j3 j% X# O, O7 \
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
5 y! N; @( P2 ?6 `; }* r$ C8 f Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
