Create email templates for operations department

Develop and maintain a filing system

" _$ H# _2 I' d% r; I0 h Maintain CRM (Copper)1 D- ?9 `' @0 h3 h
Submit and reconcile expense reports4 y4 ~0 i: |& o
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
( O! ?( e9 T8 z/ m) X Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers6 I6 e2 Y* U+ g$ a+ @0 p0 s

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
3 a8 f9 C+ @! b% B! q0 `High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus. d5 S" Q; ]3 w2 G
