Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Develop and maintain a filing system

Maintain CRM (Copper)+ a% ^, I8 y" t) B
Submit and reconcile expense reports4 ~1 Q9 z8 `; }( @# Z
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
. c, U+ o6 A. K: e Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers0 p+ l' {/ A8 w$ L% E4 E

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
