Answer and direct phone calls

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures, U3 m% K: V$ |. h2 l) d. U9 e
Maintain CRM (Copper)
+ K8 C8 |, i. n& G+ w" o \" s- q Submit and reconcile expense reports. U- U0 l* d$ b8 u! v$ f
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
5 e% |1 K+ q; t Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers ]4 i0 o1 I( f3 O6 n: s( x; J

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
6 e. f' {' L4 a; f9 PHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
