Create email templates for operations department

) w4 ^5 V- m% k7 @; t Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients# q' {1 Q/ w a# D9 }2 U
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers) p. D/ C- R# p: M

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus* G0 v3 P) {& v$ k
