Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

/ U6 i3 ]2 e6 a$ K. T! J Maintain CRM (Copper)9 p# O! e2 a, g5 [& B3 [! E, W3 Z
Submit and reconcile expense reports! ]% ^5 L+ \" | x' A/ h8 I4 b
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
8 W1 u: ~* n' A: g! @# k$ K Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers& } d! k" \1 v' a ?

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail* n: g% |' p6 F
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus. \: `) F1 B$ @( W, Y
