Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, N2 N1 S* q0 w; _0 q6 w; ^: l
Develop and maintain a filing system
P* J' c. @! G6 c) h- P Update and maintain office policies and procedures
' a# p& W# L$ c) ]& g; M Maintain CRM (Copper). ~% U) R& \5 n+ i8 ^
Submit and reconcile expense reports
7 E* {! l4 x9 M* S; O+ J6 e$ R6 E) t Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients! M& `1 Q8 J% I. b* H
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
