Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports2 \+ h+ m+ ~9 c9 U! L. U9 H
Develop and maintain a filing system
/ x) Z: f2 z8 e" A4 K' T& o Update and maintain office policies and procedures
2 h# l6 w0 j; m Maintain CRM (Copper)
7 P/ y4 c. E% U/ q& v Submit and reconcile expense reports6 f" M7 H7 p; z* t
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
/ [' K' T. b: A% \5 v4 [' O Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs3 h8 _$ u0 q% @. ?* e; r
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
( z: i" y! s+ r$ c c1 uHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
