Create email templates for operations department

Develop and maintain a filing system

+ _2 l- E0 e/ s. ] Maintain CRM (Copper)5 O1 h& X7 c7 F8 Z, N$ o0 _' o5 ^
Submit and reconcile expense reports$ u( t6 E. P! m* t6 O5 Y; U3 g/ f
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients; |) c& R( g2 S% @# S8 Y @, x
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
