Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

2 ?' k5 L+ z1 | Update and maintain office policies and procedures
7 W# j) W4 Z F% W: t3 t Maintain CRM (Copper)
* C! i" F& O+ \# v. n: e Submit and reconcile expense reports$ s8 v! v( _8 ~8 @
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
" y; A) {. Y2 y& r8 x4 E1 r Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs: K2 p! c* M8 R4 J
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
& H/ A) i0 k: m3 [3 wHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
