Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures
& \" E- _8 p( G3 D( f Maintain CRM (Copper)
9 Q! |/ g/ Q. p! t. H S Submit and reconcile expense reports; y* j/ m% s, [
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
# C& \! c/ V2 K M2 X Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
7 } Z# `) f# _ Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
