Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports* K% u, R7 B/ B6 M% V* `% k% j
Develop and maintain a filing system
" ^. V# G% E5 D Update and maintain office policies and procedures
1 U& N+ K6 J6 Z9 u# p6 D7 _ Maintain CRM (Copper)
T8 e$ o5 N) a r- d2 y Submit and reconcile expense reports
( I% G: ?* ~$ g Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
( I/ E1 g$ V1 [! t0 M q" v3 V7 ] Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Ability to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient
- M/ p. q7 L: B Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
" m- {1 n1 s: Z0 @# u" K Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
/ k2 x0 |' p% h `9 b4 n Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
