Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Maintain CRM (Copper)% q0 I: O2 J5 h- p
Submit and reconcile expense reports4 \) Z5 e( @9 L8 @
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients: u: u+ S( N6 C- @4 Y
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers. H1 @. e3 x1 _. [3 G5 D* }! J

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs$ S3 U, o$ {# U& v U4 v
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail( k y3 G+ Q, E
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
