Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients. s+ q$ X" q& \3 I. `
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
% \% P6 ]/ H8 ^/ ?; Y; V$ q7 DHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
