Answer and direct phone calls

Update and maintain office policies and procedures
5 H( o& g3 t/ R Maintain CRM (Copper)

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
* c; H. |" l. k8 r Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
