Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures4 E; v3 L$ j2 j6 l4 y
Maintain CRM (Copper)- A7 } Y& w) y# p( I& E
Submit and reconcile expense reports" {( ]. O- v3 k8 |$ ]
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients) \$ v( i; C1 N3 M6 c! y; W
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers) F7 T# s& X4 o! Z( ]0 r

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail( } L6 L H0 @+ ^5 ?
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
