Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures

& W3 G# V, l7 s* z" v Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients, ~- B) a Q/ E: d: q
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail. y6 w. a2 [) B6 R
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus1 c: h. O( m/ r
