Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Develop and maintain a filing system

Maintain CRM (Copper)
% B4 ]. G! V$ N4 a* e6 ^4 E Submit and reconcile expense reports
, V, _) t' _. e Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
0 G- y3 q; I4 x2 p6 Z4 Q5 b Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers6 {0 D1 j9 t1 r- R5 W

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy+ R% z/ _' [* U4 h
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs4 H8 @' F2 O. ~. C, @
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
; ]9 K( D4 k( g O7 o& EHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
