Create email templates for operations department) O& J; S, u1 T
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports$ E2 Z6 h3 ^7 ^* t7 W7 w+ d7 o- v
Develop and maintain a filing system
B$ Z, ~2 v5 s- s3 k8 m; P Update and maintain office policies and procedures
) i. m; K) g; e8 D' z3 w+ |- [ Maintain CRM (Copper)& ]$ | R4 o0 O. n0 I
Submit and reconcile expense reports/ z- [* W4 X/ ?: [ }! K0 g$ e
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
5 d7 |4 W f& b Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers/ i3 A& \ a- c, `* X( l+ j

5 W$ c, i: X$ Z Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
- z) r+ f& l) j" k5 P# n8 N Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs& m& i" r1 v# r. v( a
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
1 k& Z+ G. Z$ |$ N. z; W+ |; W7 _High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
