Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
$ B4 \# t9 M( |$ Z1 i4 ` Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
/ a9 V" k0 \ n. @2 r. N/ E Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.) M; m: Z- g7 B4 S9 v9 [$ x

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.- u7 E0 W% i. U* r5 A
Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience./ m7 ?0 X* ]" ]; I- p
Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
, y* X% r4 |. l Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.6 n+ Z! p# A5 P# j
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
( c* g" }. D# |- R Ability to interpret construction drawings. A7 `, e% i3 p7 \, ]" `% j
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.5 w+ Q. j( r7 Y: p' p
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
: V9 G) J4 C8 K' F; M Excellent communication skills2 f- D5 Q7 Y5 ]
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
s( Q0 B* q, A# ]+ ?# @ Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.

Steel toed boots and own hand tools.3 ^" E5 O3 \( F/ B
Computer experience required. . g- Q& g# R+ m: U7 E8 U
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
