工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
! {2 v: ?: h8 v/ V* L" gŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
( {% u8 L7 u8 ~( V' UŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

. G' t* ]$ Z1 a" a9 h' ]Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
; w" Q9 [& \! C2 Y# `Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
1 ?% `* {. t0 {7 F1 |& k2 uŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
# w: W8 j2 C6 E" J/ D6 YŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
; c% W$ M. F# F: M* TŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
( b% L& n" R/ Y- ?Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
3 B. E" u, ~- F' ?Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
- P) ]. I( G1 h9 `# g& wŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
- R+ a7 X8 n) e1 C/ qŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
