工作职责
- I* U; L& E# x0 L2 y0 AŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
. x& p0 q# d6 y- f. f! Z2 l) |7 J7 D- kŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
. f% }! E% @" y2 F% KŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
# D$ T9 V+ ?' l. h, qŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
! v6 ~7 z/ s, y9 }- }$ f$ h: {- h; {3 gŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
! ^8 A4 S3 S6 C$ iŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
3 d2 i# t% a& O$ n2 m; Q* WŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.

6 P* |% s# `3 C5 mŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
4 J" ^( S! N. n+ d+ @Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
