Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget./ p" e0 n2 t: @" J1 ? y8 _
Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
) H: ]6 O# H5 J; U# S7 m+ ~7 X Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.5 L& V1 `6 K$ Z7 V2 `1 h

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.9 d5 I# h. }1 H2 s; s
Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.# N0 m1 s6 Z7 A9 f, x6 }
Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.3 a2 T. {% D- V( q
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers." @4 I( M! L9 P9 @- D, R7 {
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.3 w1 g4 R% t7 l, d
Ability to interpret construction drawings.+ n6 c: r1 ?( t. }" t& T2 ^
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
' h% [& ~3 q+ Y/ Q* O/ f9 d Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
! r4 U) s. u, b) U+ O/ G Excellent communication skills
. p* F& s* c& } Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

/ s0 E( Y5 p. F5 S Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
* g/ V# G/ w6 l% R/ [8 Z+ E* K( x Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.

Steel toed boots and own hand tools.3 M. S6 f" @, r
Computer experience required.
