工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
3 J" o1 d+ f- [/ T; P/ }Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

1 z: y! r7 }3 k: K7 d0 Q( }Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
$ p: m4 F2 k+ A( [0 QŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

: q1 c. H1 a* n. ~& t0 n! DŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
- d$ K/ s) C- H1 x8 I! G: {8 k6 ~4 s8 OŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
! _/ A4 q4 s$ A# e  f0 f# @6 iŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
" {+ |3 h! M' P; d' ~  bExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
