Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
. B( c) x6 F# W( j( W8 X Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
# ^0 C0 j/ j' q4 g# w Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
# h) X. r7 e3 \" Y. Z Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.5 ?4 |/ l( ]) |. n6 c. \ r8 t" f
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
; O# y& T" q: f7 w+ v Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
6 f. W8 l, i: s- {" A8 Y7 ? Ability to interpret construction drawings.# v P" k- N1 g2 c
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.7 }7 S0 P$ v V# H% f
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.! p; `6 d: k+ m+ ~9 I! P( G e
Excellent communication skills3 A' D! q- y: S: R+ m7 o$ ?
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.

Steel toed boots and own hand tools.# `/ m, j2 D" B7 D3 ^
Computer experience required. ' q) S2 A" P$ |6 }0 S
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.' l5 a; y$ |2 I6 h$ T0 C
