工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
9 x0 Q0 K9 v: U8 J3 \6 dŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
$ m/ y1 g4 V6 e) ~! C' F# M  fŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
; H- t  z; ^1 x3 i3 U0 _2 H1 ~" kŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
9 N: l$ L: `  F: I' e! w5 |Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
$ d7 ^) Z0 M- D* m9 ?9 uŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
5 W- a; d( ]2 R) vŸ   Excellent communication skills
; O# ~6 p2 Y9 c, DŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
4 R& V2 k7 s* Z2 N, F2 T) n8 [8 MŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.

9 N% v- w: T- |+ A1 a- vŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
9 \4 @" x) Q8 I" \9 r. fŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
