Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget." O( k% M/ b! q- c& i
Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.! X: L! ^ a, g% N7 [" B7 y J" t
Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.% ~7 ~1 P* t- h2 w* i, }7 Q+ c
Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
& P1 }1 e8 v& [8 X- `5 r Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
$ e* s2 q9 [; Q; `( J Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.7 _4 O# Y5 b7 g+ }! v" a2 B
Ability to interpret construction drawings.
% {0 t% O: s7 @9 d' u U Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
$ n! u& v( {8 A/ @ Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.# `8 v" x1 z, m: }2 }

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.

Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
( g4 T9 }6 g" x Computer experience required. 2 {1 \) X8 h0 M2 x+ |% ^
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.; r( E/ ?% J5 F* P1 z1 e
