Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures
, p' M) R& ]- ?, C' c, x Maintain CRM (Copper)& e: y; c8 }) H
Submit and reconcile expense reports

, @! O4 m1 x1 s Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail0 _& l5 n, e7 }3 B4 @/ V
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus9 @3 q% T f1 O7 x
