Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Develop and maintain a filing system

Submit and reconcile expense reports

Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers+ Y% L- v7 u3 Z

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
