Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Develop and maintain a filing system7 w! F' i9 X, s5 R( u2 ^6 X$ j) a* o
Update and maintain office policies and procedures5 C; l* r: U* D, \# Y1 Y: _
Maintain CRM (Copper)5 y1 W. y U* z7 [
Submit and reconcile expense reports
* f: c/ L% V; [0 O% w* ? Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients" n2 w: o- W6 ?& ?( z
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers3 }# n2 Y/ z9 `+ a+ f9 d

Ability to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient
4 U5 Y7 m. e, M$ A8 r2 F1 D* [ Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
: g6 a5 w- d1 S Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
: k$ w- T y4 X8 f' t Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail% n& F8 B+ P/ w- U+ o j/ K4 }8 L
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
