Create email templates for operations department

Develop and maintain a filing system

Maintain CRM (Copper) I% N+ z U) z3 T- |5 q* o
Submit and reconcile expense reports
& z- D3 I; ^" g& | r Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
& J2 R/ N- k7 R! D' a& g3 K Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy7 l+ I) K. {+ N( W* i7 F: x
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
