Create email templates for operations department

Develop and maintain a filing system( ^/ W# x1 R2 y% r9 I7 _
Update and maintain office policies and procedures# E7 Y+ F9 v/ _: U& R* i: _5 ?
Maintain CRM (Copper), I; T; S6 c4 ^% g
Submit and reconcile expense reports6 C: j* i1 [/ F. ~* g) m
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients# i( ~) j% {* Q d3 S
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
' Q8 t5 u6 s2 Y; P) wHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
