4 H/ f1 h0 [  C; Z1 J$ K* dŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
. H* x: K' K% M: oŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
0 T% m/ l0 t4 V' tŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
; W" A1 r, v2 m4 t1 |" u6 c# fŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
" x; a* [; N0 }) W, g; a9 M+ rŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  H, w2 z8 g9 _8 D" `Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
% z# z$ J* c2 F; r6 H# u# q/ |2 FŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
. S* t& {" m) L* a9 oŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
