. [0 `! _, x. q4 I) ^' m Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
9 V+ ~* d# V- V$ z Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
& f* b; B6 _+ F$ W- g T+ z+ N Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.$ Y. W) \7 `6 U ` k- I: e

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.6 @! g4 O$ y" Q6 y6 T" _
Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.) m' S" c1 T' X' H" e
Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
# s" G! z! U9 R: { Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.8 u, f8 g" m2 ~' f: G
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.7 x0 @8 E7 b7 h
Ability to interpret construction drawings.% n2 n& B4 M7 M& X* m
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
1 q/ C1 M' Z" l4 ~. ]* d0 B Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.

Valid driver’s license
2 r% t8 A: Z' N Steel toed boots and own hand tools.& Z6 n6 W% _* X D% @! t9 d+ d3 K3 I
Computer experience required. $ o8 Q7 C% e- _- F
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.& R0 \2 ~) @$ f) D
