工作职责
! A7 J& o0 I" \) KŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
( u8 K. I6 w: V$ FŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
) g1 ^6 V* T) v. Q* a9 N( h+ FŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
7 H/ T* {. {2 v: E$ D7 b, J9 bŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
/ Q' W7 l/ y+ c% H. o+ x3 m/ R6 \Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
& E- o( `( O# t/ v# B! J* |Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
$ }" r6 p9 _' y' E" e' }Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

& t. V0 O, {  q6 X! \Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
0 N( Z! Q# H, TŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
6 X) g  d8 |+ ?& eŸ   Computer experience required.
5 F2 }' p/ F% A$ H$ J1 zExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
