. l" K; m) }, _& Q) J+ MŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
, _7 N2 b5 q: v$ TŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

5 }$ e! ?- n# i2 [Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
! j  z  C5 U! F* eŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
# V) n# E: w. Y5 \# G+ fŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
' x& K4 z( F# b' S9 |Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
$ P1 H# L7 q2 \6 [Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
0 j1 W  f& d8 f, j- lŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
  O4 R6 M0 r5 g* l  }- m% RŸ   Valid driver’s license
  C& i0 c% Q' SŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
5 v- U/ k: d5 r  _Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
