Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
' N9 Z' A5 E N6 [9 G Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.3 z% E4 @4 b% d, ^" m
Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.7 C; O5 M0 p! a) b. @

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
% A% U4 P* m" N' E Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
$ ~. [6 ^# R D; k$ e o Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
! \8 t+ V* j3 y/ _ Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
1 ~% Y, _# H# Y0 s Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects./ j" y: p- L. ?7 O) Q
Ability to interpret construction drawings.
8 U/ A3 I8 y s T# S8 r7 O7 C Structural wood framing experience is an asset.; Q7 o G, }; F! n0 F N
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.! L" S9 @2 e! y7 N2 O7 L; u( m
WHMIS
% f( x& ?' c- e0 d( l Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required., [/ b# a& M3 X: u4 D
Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.$ \6 B2 L: O( _
Valid driver’s license6 e) [& n9 O/ f q8 S
Steel toed boots and own hand tools.! {8 A1 P8 _$ |& W8 S7 V) L$ O
Computer experience required. . p2 i% s1 c" x' b7 ?' W" h/ B
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.' \) N+ ?0 M1 k! t3 I( V
