Answer and direct phone calls

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Maintain CRM (Copper)

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
( ~& r# e3 q3 q& H9 | Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy0 E; G/ g+ R, V5 w( k. E' b- }5 `9 S

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
9 k+ L, H) Q" KHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
