Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Develop and maintain a filing system

Maintain CRM (Copper)

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients- x( O1 p% z, t2 N1 a% L- Q, x5 ^
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers; C3 R6 e D( k) I! }+ B

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
" W' h/ ]. t& X Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs

8 B8 W/ k f' n. h( d" NHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
