Answer and direct phone calls

Create email templates for operations department
0 V, O4 H: o# T Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
8 o4 v8 H% P6 U Develop and maintain a filing system
5 F1 x8 x; w# k3 ~# y, s Update and maintain office policies and procedures
0 O7 k6 q2 N- W) y. d% _ Maintain CRM (Copper)
3 `! Z) P; I6 c, ?8 Q* M3 U Submit and reconcile expense reports0 d$ Z" y" E- R" F& n+ s! V
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients) ~) [$ l/ k3 g; w* A
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers0 D: X$ O4 q) \8 E

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
