Answer and direct phone calls

Create email templates for operations department* |! e; I0 ^' q/ J2 L2 F; q
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports/ n( O$ t X9 Z/ Y+ G
Develop and maintain a filing system: R/ Q$ Z ^: ^8 n/ ^6 W
Update and maintain office policies and procedures0 a. o% F% e8 i& G& Y2 Q& ^, C' R" b
Maintain CRM (Copper)5 h9 [- t7 K1 [% `- }9 g
Submit and reconcile expense reports& c2 }. ~7 c) u# l. X' V
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients. O; }0 J' h1 k7 \ M: C( j
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
