Answer and direct phone calls

Create email templates for operations department

Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail8 ?: K% K. v! D7 w$ y
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus& x# E8 A/ g8 m O5 P* e
