Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

2 @9 m+ k+ M/ M" o( M Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
$ o( b& T- U, e+ ~/ P% H* R Develop and maintain a filing system
8 z/ |- ~+ j: Z1 X1 z! O n* G Update and maintain office policies and procedures
! h% e' R& J8 j! c7 g+ b; w/ l9 D Maintain CRM (Copper)
/ P& t) N% Q" L$ Z/ H9 {+ R Submit and reconcile expense reports6 J: o) Z$ E2 E, t9 \
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients* j& p5 G, x8 ~' n
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers0 o# f+ A- v |

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures+ I% b9 c' f8 f5 ]( H, |' n7 h
Ability to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient: m# }8 Z& S" B( F3 r
Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy; Q4 Q' V; s- P# P9 d7 t
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
1 ]7 d/ Y% p9 K. P5 q0 Z# i* G Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
