Update and maintain office policies and procedures3 f/ q0 b0 ~# P
Maintain CRM (Copper), @( V1 u* s1 U+ p! e9 }
Submit and reconcile expense reports) ]' O# f, ?, d8 |, E
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
4 r& Q; m$ i! z! J. X& [ Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Ability to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient
# g+ T. s) c+ c% ] Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
6 A4 u% \! F6 `; w Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
* i% e. }, z1 P3 V z" z2 } Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
. K3 ~' v4 s8 H; p+ p7 o9 PHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
