Answer and direct phone calls

Develop and maintain a filing system, J$ I9 H C, h+ P9 @2 T" c: S. s
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
' B( I4 F+ @4 c2 G2 s, _6 k Maintain CRM (Copper)6 Q4 V% O ^- w# a; H. b
Submit and reconcile expense reports
" [ X3 K K; |4 \$ v E Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
# H/ q0 ]% w) l4 l: S4 ` Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy1 V6 J& w/ t$ K( w" s: r

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
