Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports+ P( c7 {! e# w/ f
Develop and maintain a filing system! \( N' A( L. L+ |& Y
Update and maintain office policies and procedures" u" F5 W6 H+ k3 |
Maintain CRM (Copper)! Q5 { D3 Q& D+ X0 y: Y
Submit and reconcile expense reports
. U! a8 H, J) {( Z. C, H Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
$ @2 u$ ]. S) q: R+ ]5 a2 I Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers6 s8 X- q4 z( S% _. l: T8 L+ U/ F

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
- n; O7 \+ u" X4 W Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
- X2 D ~0 O }High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus/ `1 N9 X2 c6 Z- I
