Create email templates for operations department

Submit and reconcile expense reports1 `* d* |* T/ m
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients" i/ M- `$ P' {6 B
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers8 ^6 Q& K9 i) P# t% [

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy' s2 i4 z0 F4 q9 w
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs$ A0 `7 p1 E9 f+ J4 }; R% r) J/ O
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail* ?3 ?+ {3 x* W7 m9 U/ e
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
