Answer and direct phone calls

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures
% G; [0 ^% z, q# h* W+ F Maintain CRM (Copper); H) H, _- ?1 ^/ V% w
Submit and reconcile expense reports
4 X& A+ s5 l4 h1 D% S Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
! Y9 b; u8 l& r( @* x Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs& O/ T5 A0 d: K0 L4 G% M5 _# M
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail* ]6 V/ l& c: v- Q5 y' g
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus: X1 F& X# f' J4 f1 S
