Develop and maintain a filing system

Maintain CRM (Copper)
* ]! \2 E& Z7 k1 Y; V2 A. y Submit and reconcile expense reports
5 s6 K* Y0 ]' J1 y2 w$ [2 W" B8 v Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients9 n, o& N4 H3 c, p. F6 s7 L
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

+ L6 L# g( o) Q Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
$ j; E6 j$ [; I7 U1 v N Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus" R' [1 [/ C, c! g0 ~5 o+ n' a
