Create email templates for operations department

Submit and reconcile expense reports) U' k) |, ?, n, R- Z# {4 i! H P% o3 _
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
" V; e( |, J8 L+ s Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers1 [* M. r5 k; C/ q' w: Q

Ability to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail1 j h/ G/ M0 I/ B
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
