Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports+ F! ?2 ^2 \1 b9 m. k
Develop and maintain a filing system ]. z5 A, d- m. e
Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Submit and reconcile expense reports" c+ ~7 K* e, s% T' g g% x
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
. _& ]6 n2 C- Z0 c! a9 z Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
