Develop and maintain a filing system

Maintain CRM (Copper)/ K1 V; X$ o" |" ?
Submit and reconcile expense reports
! B, [; E e6 W6 D/ s! N1 U2 I1 g Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
4 a& @' l$ Z: _, A Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers8 D. S( T5 g6 z; V2 c- H

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy4 ?3 d- r* }- j* |" F
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
h" ~3 r6 @1 l Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail; g7 G; J$ _+ [5 `' i6 ]" L
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
