Answer and direct phone calls

Update and maintain office policies and procedures. K8 x# B: Y7 s/ @! W% q
Maintain CRM (Copper)& U! c: j5 h; L6 m
Submit and reconcile expense reports
' }2 _2 ]1 W1 c& A# p9 x Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
5 n8 G2 x$ m3 Q, h9 R& E& U. P Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers# o2 h4 V! ]6 _5 J; k E

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail' D, R# |4 m9 B* B5 `6 `
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
