Create email templates for operations department

! Z8 q( ?0 z! m, g+ o ?& e Develop and maintain a filing system
7 \8 {; ]& e% m Update and maintain office policies and procedures( q) D9 ?1 z4 q
Maintain CRM (Copper)
* o; a3 {6 c' ^3 B Submit and reconcile expense reports
2 T% G. }/ `& ] T1 K+ j Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients1 W0 U! |8 g& z
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
7 @( d: \4 v0 }; F/ @High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
