Create email templates for operations department
+ j$ |" E3 g# I6 y$ Q Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures
1 ~7 y n$ M ~ Maintain CRM (Copper)% c3 `9 ]# `& Z9 x9 t- E* Q) A
Submit and reconcile expense reports
* a5 {8 Z- H% |+ v% ?; h5 L$ D# b Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
: }' j' C8 H/ y- k Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers: @) \ L. g! ]+ s) @

- n2 g) V u; E Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Ability to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient/ P9 O4 ], P# F+ n
Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy* ]/ r( Q: m$ ~+ m( w, H- U
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs* ?" D) P1 L/ V7 n" o- s5 N2 @
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail0 A# r8 f3 [+ m5 ]& l
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
