Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures
2 K& z6 [& J$ f, ] Maintain CRM (Copper)

, `8 m( J( k+ ] D8 ] Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures- Y9 d# q& M1 L2 E8 m( B
Ability to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient8 O6 Y1 r+ j9 S; f
Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus2 q* Z5 Q8 B$ W
