Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures* J) L0 J. {; N# b! W* S
Maintain CRM (Copper), v3 E) X, A0 m3 Q0 s1 [
Submit and reconcile expense reports X r2 [( H: J; T7 I. l
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- i4 _% t6 a1 [/ u* w6 y. f2 r! ]2 ^ Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
