Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. V5 M, `! a& _9 X3 W
Develop and maintain a filing system5 T% i& S/ j4 b
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
! y; Q8 i, \5 T: b% I Maintain CRM (Copper)
4 b8 g/ X0 i+ d Submit and reconcile expense reports
0 d$ ^; ?" B9 ?; { Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
! _) I" m; Q& q" T; C Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs9 G7 H2 ^3 n$ C5 Z
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
