+ `8 J3 g: ^. T Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
6 T' e. D J7 p& G5 | P, r. ` Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
/ o5 S9 e, p8 R' l0 \+ t* s Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.9 k6 w0 w8 O# x4 U& p
Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.' |. d. `, @8 J" Z# u% y
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
* w2 O4 Y& }" a) _$ U2 ] Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
/ j& ?$ a, L# @5 S- W9 b Ability to interpret construction drawings.3 k7 L$ ?( u/ {, e) [1 H
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.+ W; {4 M2 u+ f2 j% a+ r+ m7 C: N
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule., q/ a# |9 a* I0 ]3 _: T1 v/ _- G
Excellent communication skills, I$ a9 ?% k( ^: l
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.! S" R. ]; Y) s8 i' _
WHMIS
; N4 G" K. k% {- v3 h7 i Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.5 }7 y- i" c+ X$ h H
Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
# [* U! \8 l9 A# H Valid driver’s license0 t0 H& {, O" }1 H+ _+ r
Steel toed boots and own hand tools.: l1 [. ?+ W+ z1 x3 }8 ?. P. g& @
Computer experience required.
