Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.% D0 b; f4 s. \, O
Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.; Y! R+ A ?3 S, E) M
Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

. i9 ]! x0 Z$ i( o Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.5 I; r$ H2 ?$ z- ]
Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.$ V3 r( Z) Y" i& b3 ]- Q3 k% Y5 z
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
# A; w0 H3 d) n9 } Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
* i; o* U* `5 U' t6 y Ability to interpret construction drawings.: B) g4 A- {( p9 V+ ]) t
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
4 h' J5 j6 ~( L& t9 J Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.3 H2 a1 L0 F2 [1 f) v
WHMIS

Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.8 \3 |9 b7 R6 Q4 t5 T
Valid driver’s license
0 S8 r- } \8 ] {0 L* ^ Steel toed boots and own hand tools.6 |' ]5 Q* p; e$ p5 k- @ O" s9 Y& a* o
Computer experience required.
