工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
2 M7 ^* r2 x4 x- [6 p% B1 }2 ^& \Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
5 |2 C4 J6 F- q. \Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
# M6 u" ^: ~; @4 \Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
- R5 R# ^' }1 M, X# L9 D! {9 ZŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
7 [1 f  ^  h0 }9 J( ]/ QŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
$ q1 k" R0 x" m( y% K9 dŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
& C! W1 V. O: p, |Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
