6 } l/ L) j h m Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.+ }) j( y, n% I/ K! \% H& ]
Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.& H* M- \. O P- C4 M" w. O

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.5 L J) o$ _5 M
Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
W, h1 B& ? S. | Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.# }; `; @% y3 Z6 e, H
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
) \4 R( `. e- C* K4 Y Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.* m6 H9 \3 N! a [6 s9 W4 K
Ability to interpret construction drawings. `; @* H6 }2 G
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
: y0 L n& P7 l9 r Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.; t& P) {1 ^ C; g }! B9 `
WHMIS
2 g5 K/ A: ~6 n& p9 p/ x Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required., v; g5 E( l& D$ `
Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
+ L/ X/ L% ^7 f- V Valid driver’s license
% A9 w' i! K5 ? Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
9 b. L; }8 N+ {* c' c* k0 p Computer experience required. ; H( y) ^, n3 j$ B
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
