Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
2 x. }3 i& D" j9 F* DŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
8 d5 Y1 v/ |" m/ z% X. SŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
! c& \! y# E; I3 _& yŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
/ Q( a6 T& a5 {/ vŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
) s. ]% F( k- mŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
3 M7 f  M+ J4 @/ F* \Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

& _' [, t% m2 o' g5 o: O7 u5 dŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
) \4 f$ ]2 v' E2 |9 w; TŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
