, B3 K7 K# ]! S2 L Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
5 e. \$ P0 e- A Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.) q) A* S7 `; }

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
' R3 ]2 y$ O& V# R: S9 M9 X$ N# G' | Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.7 \+ m% ?( D/ l/ e, F+ h
Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
: {( q: Z5 O J) g8 T Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
, `' `( K3 M+ t5 V6 e Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
$ Y+ o/ y, J1 j- ^8 R0 s' z! [- { Ability to interpret construction drawings./ h4 }9 O! M/ J$ t' I+ h
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
6 T5 N! c( U7 Z9 W+ `; E# L- R4 \ Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
! |% I, C- M3 \6 k Excellent communication skills& ^* ]1 q+ @# S6 x: A0 F6 i# ^: U! ^
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.

Valid driver’s license3 t& x( N8 x, m, c
Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
8 `: V* _, n/ E- }0 s Computer experience required.
# E: L; g% U- iExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
