5 K$ X+ ~- l( n6 XŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

- z3 E. Z5 |4 Y+ p, U( kŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
" o/ c* @! e* V3 f) V+ eŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
3 }2 p: ~2 e6 k! H2 G- Z# kŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
; z& B& o0 h; b! ~Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
: q7 L  [% C1 _9 s/ T3 xŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
4 R" S) c, _# B; tŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.

) K% A" G; |9 m- H: gŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
