工作职责
  L7 e  b2 h( l1 LŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
) }* k$ u* _& B! N4 v% `. N. Z* nŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
; R3 s; ~* n9 o' T; C7 yŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
( e, A  x+ X$ t+ K$ xŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
7 v5 f' P  \1 g, {1 Z* D+ ]Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
2 b, w) l' K. h) I9 `" y. E3 IŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
4 |/ o* U, a% A% E/ R/ t1 |Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
$ b- d. h2 r% w9 BŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
8 T6 M/ Z7 b5 s5 m1 U0 rŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
