工作职责
, R* s% V& o3 F" y$ n% qŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

3 K, p! W) d! K' w5 h$ v) DŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
; H- q4 ?9 s7 j4 |$ @% j: EŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
6 M! N* K) u1 Q2 hŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
/ h3 e( h/ j+ k+ u2 z# V; sŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
3 m' S7 n/ |: U# Z! d/ u5 cŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
, E8 p% d0 R6 SŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
$ u& ~1 w  ^4 G+ N8 Z2 D; SŸ   Excellent communication skills
, ^% e# j6 X- g! ~8 ~# [$ ?Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
% }* I* u. @% ], v7 ?* [Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
