Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
% e( F5 p) t/ R6 CŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
, a) B. p  J3 {) D! XŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
- {: r, `8 W& L- j. B' r* \Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.

Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
) p+ q" D7 h# m6 E5 TŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
+ U# x# |2 g# ^/ a8 _1 FŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
3 m; _) c5 o. W* E& I. _Ÿ   Computer experience required.
5 ~- G5 r! c3 ]! y! eExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
