Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
8 |; k, e  n$ g5 {8 GŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
0 X; A3 l$ D! M8 \1 j7 c9 {% {Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
! ]/ u# h9 D7 R' j$ b7 sŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
0 J: r6 U1 {' y. cŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
; m: \) w* ~/ A& i" \9 o# ^8 |Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
2 q5 s. r0 x* t- HŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
/ W: c& p+ s9 a0 H2 q2 B  eŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
. c3 Z, L" \' H  t5 I5 {Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
3 `! a% u; `8 G- X# k2 K( b* _Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
